Which Certificates will we get?
- You will get two Certificates.
- One for Training and other for project work both from HEWLETT PACKARD.
- As all the trainings are aligned to International Certifications, students can undergo such certification exams. Such certificate will be awarded by the examining body. The fees for this certification exam shall be borne by the students.
You are required to send the following documents along with your fee
- Print out of your Registration Form.
- Signed copy of T&C's (Second Sheet of Registration Form).
- Demand Draft.
- Please write your name, your Student ID, your Enrollment ID, Program Name, Technology, Training Location, your contact number and your Email ID at the back of your demand draft
- There will be 50 to 60 students per batch. Our class rooms and Labs in each location will be able to accommodate such strength.
- We have a good student trainer Ratio for effective learning. Personal attention will be provided to all the students.
- 10 days before commencement of training, if it is analyzed that enrolled students are less than 15 then the batch will be cancelled. Each student will be informed via SMS to change the location or course. If students are not willing to change their location or course, full fee will be refunded.
- All the Certificates and Project Letter will be issued within 15 days of completion of the trainings.
- Student should bring Hall Ticket's print out and his Photo ID proof to collect the Certificate.
- If student is not able to collect his or her certificate, his or her representative should bring Student's Hall Ticket printout, reprentative's own Photo ID proof and an authority letter duly signed by the student.
- In case student is not able to visit the centre, he or she should submit his courier details on the training panel under "Certificate Delivery Details" option and submit the courier charges to the trainer.
- The training certificate is to be collected within 3 months after training completion.Company is not liable to issue the certificate after the stipulated time period.

- After submission of registration form you get a confirmation from our end including your Student ID and the password opted by you. You can use this Student ID and password for logging in to the student panel.
- Further information regarding your program/course etc. would be provided to you in the student panel itself.
- You need to send the Registration Form ( the print out of which can be taken from the our website by logging in with your Student ID and password), T&C's duly signed along with the Demand Draft to reserve your seat.
- Last Date for sending the Registration will be updated on web site, please visit our web site regularly.
- The registration shall remain open till seats last.
- The Number of seats are limited hence the allocation will be on First Come First Serve Basis.

How to get the Training Confirmation Letter?
- Once your Demand Draft is verified, your Training Confirmation Letter will be available to you on My Courses menu of your Student Panel.
- Please ensure that your profile is completely filled as without this the Training Letter can not be printed.
Is there any process for refund?
- In general scenario no amount to be refunded once paid to the company.
- Refund is possible only for cases where HP declares the cancellation of any training location/course however alternate location/course in the same training program will be offered and the paid amount can be adjusted.
- Submitted amount can also be adjusted in any forthcoming training program within duration of 6 months provided the same candidate will take up the training.
- You can claim your refund within 1 month from the completion of training.
Shall I bring my Laptop during the Training Program?
- Students can bring their laptop for certain benefits.
- Installation of software related to technology and practice/lab can be done easily.
How can I rectify my faulty certificate?
The certificates will be reprinted in following cases;
